Видаляємо всі наявні ліби concurrent-ruby
gem uninstall concurrent-ruby
Та встановлюємо саме 1.3.4 (1.3.5 також дає помилку).
Додати до Gemfile:gem 'concurrent-ruby', '1.3.4'
І як завжди, bundle install
