Is it possible to cook dishes with the aroma of smoke in an air grill? Spoiler – is possible! We tried to make two different types of grilled sausages. Taking into account the errors of previous experiments, we chose the tactic of reducing cooking time and increasing temperature. What we got –, we tell and show further.

Preparation:
We put the first batch of grilled sausages in the bowl of the air grill. We set the timer to 9 minutes, the temperature is – to 200 degrees. In the cooking process, remove the bowl once every three minutes and shake the sausages.
When the cooking time has expired, remove the bowl and transfer the sausages to a plate.
We load a new batch and also set the timer for 9 minutes. And according to the same scheme as last time, we take out the bowl once every three minutes and shake the sausages.
Add your favorite sauce and taste. Both the other sausages turned out to be quite juicy inside and with a crispy crust outside. And in our subjective opinion, even with the aroma of smoke. And once again we make sure that the air grill is worth every hryvnia. Delicious!
