The Ukrainian publishing house Korali Books has announced a competition for sensual prose titled "Coral Heat". Authors who write about love, passion, intimacy, and the power of human emotions can submit their manuscripts for a chance to publish their own book with Korali Books.

The competition is dedicated to sensuality in all its forms: from tenderness and gentle touches to stories where feelings drive change. The publishing house notes that they are looking for texts "that take your breath away," with strong emotional tension, vibrant chemistry between characters, and stories that captivate from the first pages. The submission period started on June 20 and will last until September 20, 2026. The best works will have the opportunity to be published by Korali Books.

Korali Books is a young Ukrainian publishing house of fiction that is part of the corporate group of publishing houses "RNK-Ranok". It primarily creates books for a female audience. Its concept is built around the idea of reading as a space for relaxation, emotional reboot, and time for oneself. The main audience of the publishing house is women aged 30+, with particular attention to readers aged 40+, for whom there have been few specialized publishing projects in the Ukrainian book space.

In the publishing house's catalog, there are romantic stories, family sagas, psychological novels, and contemporary love prose that explores human relationships, coming of age, self-discovery, and second chances.

Participation is open to adult authors who write in Ukrainian. The competition accepts previously unpublished novels in the genre of contemporary love prose with elements of erotica. The manuscript must be original and created without the use of artificial intelligence systems.

The work must be at least 250 thousand characters with spaces. To participate, it is necessary to send an author questionnaire, a synopsis of the work, and the first two chapters of the manuscript to the email address koralova.speka@gmail.com.

After the submission period ends, the editorial team will create a longlist of 20 works. Based on the results of the final selection, six winners will be determined, with whom the publishing house will sign contracts for book publication.

Korali Books notes that the competition aims to discover new names in Ukrainian romantic prose. Both experienced writers and those who are just working on their first novel are invited to participate.
