Stewed pumpkin with chicken fillet and cream cheese is a wonderful autumn dish that combines the tender taste of chicken, the sweet softness of pumpkin, and the creamy texture of cheese. We will need:
600 g pumpkin
600 g chicken fillet
1 medium onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
300 g cream cheese
spice mix (we used a ready-made seasoning “Italian herbs”)
salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes. Finely chop the onion. Clean the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, similar in size to the chicken. Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Once all the ingredients are prepared, we can proceed to cooking.
Heat the pan, add oil and place the chicken fillet.

Fry for a few minutes and add the onion. Fry until the water evaporates from the fillet and until the onion begins to take on a slightly golden color.
