Can you cook dishes with a smoky flavor in an air fryer? Spoiler – you can! We tried cooking two different types of grilled sausages. Taking into account the mistakes of previous experiments, we chose a strategy of reducing cooking time and increasing temperature. What we achieved – we will tell and show you further.

We will need:
2 packs of grilled sausages.
Cooking:
Place the first batch of grilled sausages in the air fryer bowl. Set the timer for 9 minutes, the temperature – to 200 degrees. During the cooking process, take out the bowl and shake the sausages once every three minutes.
When the cooking time is up – take out the bowl, transfer the sausages to a plate.
Load a new batch and set the timer for 9 minutes in the same way. And following the same scheme as last time, take out the bowl and shake the sausages once every three minutes.
Add your favorite sauce and enjoy. Both types of sausages turned out quite juicy inside and with a crispy crust outside. And in our subjective opinion, even with a smoky flavor. And once again, we are convinced that the air fryer is worth every penny. Bon appétit!
