Smart socket for the refrigerator during outages

Power outages are becoming more severe, and I have to think about optimizing consumption. There is a 5kW station that powers the whole house. The boiler and two pumps are currently critical consumers. I try to turn off the lights when not needed.As for the refrigerator - it consumes a little, but constantly. Technically, it can keep cold for a certain number of hours. Usually 4-6 hours. Modern models can last 8 hours or a bit more. The freezer can last a day or even two. But all this is under the condition of keeping the doors closed. I'll get to the essence of the idea. Turning off the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to save the station's charge. But running around to do this manually is inconvenient. So here is the first real case of the necessity of a smart socket in my household. In a couple of days, I will add screenshots of the energy usage statistics of the refrigerator (and I hope, interval shutdown will not be needed).
