Interval switching of the refrigerator increases consumption

Here XLINKSTARTX1X I wrote about the electricity consumption of the refrigerator. I thought interval power supply would help save the station's charge. In short, turning it off during disconnection and turning it on during connection is the only option in my opinion (this can somehow be automated with smart devices and separate lines).

I set a schedule of 4 hours on and 4 hours off for the smart socket. After turning off the refrigerator for 4 hours at night (when no one opened it and the cold was not released) - the consumption increased by approximately 2 times. The refrigerator tries to catch up on the coolness. Interval disconnection would work when running on battery to save charge, provided that the consumption would be the same. I decided not to torture the refrigerator any longer and not to experiment with this for now.
