You install the game - and right from the start, you get a bad experience. You can't lift the tree by pressing O. Either it's a bug, or I'm just too old to play 😄 I had to Google a bit to get past this spot. I found some tips on Reddit - all of them are a bit strange: "press harder" and so on.
In short: at first, I was pressing O with my right thumb (which seems logical).
For some reason, this tree requires super-fast pressing. So I put down the gamepad and started pressing O quickly with my index finger. It worked faster - and Kratos finally lifted the tree.
