The anime The Insipid Prince's Furtive Grab for The Throne has shown its first trailer ahead of the planned start in July 2026. The video focuses on Arnold Lakes Adler, who lives a double life: to everyone, he is the "weak" prince, but in reality, he is one of the strongest adventurers in the world.
New Voice Actors
Along with the trailer, four more voice actors were confirmed. Erika Lakes Adler is voiced by Atsushi Tamaru, Gordon Lakes Adler by Ryota Takeuchi, Zandor Lakes Adler by Mitsuki Saiga, and Johannes Lakes Adler by Kazuhiko Inoue.
Adaptation Team
The director of the title is Yuji Yanase, known for By the Grace of the Gods, and the production is handled by MAHO FILM studio. The series composition is by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, character design is done by Kazuko Tadano, and the music is composed by Akki.
Among the additional team members are: art director Satoshi Shibata, color designer Yuki Mamizu, cinematographer Yukina Nomura, music producer kuma, sound director Satoshi Motoyama, SFX specialist Naoto Yamatani, and the company bit groove promotion, which handles sound production and background sound.
