I have already written about what PrintArmy is and about the beginning of my journey (about the first 10 kg).
From March to June 2025, a total of 25.77 kg of products have been printed and sent. You can check the statistics on the PrintArmy website. It looks quite interesting.

If we talk about money, it can be calculated approximately like this:
Price of filament. On average 300 UAH per kg. I use PETG from Military Edge and VVM Filament (the last times VVM cost 270 UAH per kg at a promotional price).
Amount of defective plastic. During this time, exactly 3 kg has been wasted. I was adjusting something somewhere, learning about the nuances of printer calibration through mistakes. Once the printer glitched - almost 700 grams of waste at once. All this plastic was collected in a separate bag and sent for recycling. Look for contacts of people in the PrintArmy group who accept plastic and print with it after recycling.
Deliveries. Deliveries must be paid for independently. Curators or military personnel should not spend their own money. There can be hundreds of packages. So, 25 kg was sent in 8 packages. On average 230 UAH per shipment.
Consumables. A can of lacquer for improving adhesion and that's all.
During this time, I understood the importance of printer calibration. In the intervals between tasks, I print some things for myself. I will write about the most interesting/useful in the blog.
By the way. After sending 25 kg - you receive a PrintArmy certificate, which allows you to get discounts from plastic suppliers. You can also just show off and hunt for new printers. The link looks like this - https://drukar.me/tun2a6ab. I also added the link to my blog.
