In continuation of this post. The blades for Dnipro-M DTC-200 currently cost 315 UAH for ~20-30 pieces in a package. This is a bit hard to accept when you have a 3D printer.
PETG plastic did not work. In the comments on Thingiverse, the model author wrote that ABS works.
So I bought my first ABS plastic. Creality 1kg for 660 UAH. Here it is:

Well, let's start printing the blades. I chose the ready-made preset Generic ABS and the products turned out to be very brittle:
Uncalibrated ABS breaks very easily. I also noticed that the blades were printed with partial infill. Specifically - 15%. So it was decided to calibrate the plastic to print with Infill 100%.
I printed a few pieces and tested them. When it hits a stone - the blade shatters.

BUT. If you drag it on the ground (I have an uneven plot) - the blades do not fly off and do not break. And this is probably the most interesting point. Because those who have this trimmer model know that the blades constantly fly off. I dragged on the 8x8 meter plot about 40 times in half an hour. And the blades stayed in place and did not break.
Regarding printing. 22 blades on the P1S plate. 100% infill, 3.3 hours to print. 65 grams of plastic.
1 g ABS = 660 UAH / 1000 g = 0.66 UAH
65 g × 0.66 UAH = 42.90 UAH for the plate (22 pieces)
42.90 UAH / 22 blades = 1.95 UAH per blade
+ electricity.
I printed myself 4 plates for the season. The grass grows quite quickly.
The condition of the blades that worked the 8x8 area, dragged many times on the ground and never flew off:
