Error adding people to Google Family. Failed to load the page.

When trying to add a new person to Google Family, the error "Failed to load the page" is constantly displayed.

I tried several solution options that I found online. I was unable to send an invitation to the family group from any app (Google One, Play Market). I was only able to send an invite to the family group from this page: https://families.google.com/families
