Error adding people to Google Family. The page could not be loaded.

When trying to add a new person to Google Family, the "Failed to load page" error is constantly displayed.

I tried several solution options that I found online. Sending an invitation to a family group failed with any application (Google One, Play Market). It was possible to send an invite to the family group only from this page: https://families.google.com/families
