Want something tasty and sweet for breakfast? Try making pancakes with kefir and adding chocolate chips. This is an incredibly simple and quick way to satisfy your craving for a treat in just half an hour (or maybe even faster) from the moment it arises ;)
A few days ago, we didn't finish the milk, so it started to sour. We successfully made kefir from it, and we also found some leftover chocolate chips that we used for baking panettone.
So we decided to combine these ingredients, and the result of our experiments was pancakes with a chocolate filling. Next, we will tell and show you how and from what we prepared them.
