Want something tasty and sweet for breakfast? Try making pancakes with kefir and chocolate drops. It's an incredibly simple and quick way to satisfy your craving for a treat in just half an hour (or maybe even faster) from the moment it arises ;)
A few days ago, we didn't finish the milk, so it started to sour. We successfully made kefir from it and also found some leftover chocolate drops that we used for baking panettone.
So we decided to combine these ingredients, and the result of our experiments was pancakes with a chocolate filling. Next, we will tell and show you how and from what we prepared them.

Preparation
Probably one of the simplest. We will just mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
First, we mix the kefir with the egg.
вимішуємо
Add sugar, a pinch of salt, gradually introduce the flour, and mix until you achieve a thick sour cream consistency.
вводимо борошно
Add the baking soda, gently mix with the whisk again, and let it sit for 15 minutes to start the reaction of saturating the dough with oxygen bubbles.
вводимо соду
After 15 minutes, pour the drops into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
додаємо дропси
Frying
Heat the pan, add a little oil. Spoon the pancakes onto the pan, leaving a few centimeters between them so they don't stick together.
