PlayStation revealed new details about two of its upcoming gaming novelties — FlexStrike wireless fight stick and Pulse Elevate wireless speakers. Both devices have already been shown in action, and for FlexStrike, the launch date has also been announced in Southeast Asia.
FlexStrike: wireless fight stick with settings for different play styles
FlexStrike can be connected both wired and wirelessly. In wireless mode, it uses PlayStation Link and provides ultra-low latency — up to 4 ms from the controller to the included PS Link adapter.
The stick is designed with comfort in mind: it is convenient to use both on your lap and on a table. The bottom has a non-slip coating, and the case is lower than average to reduce fatigue. The buttons are positioned on a slightly tilted surface, which also aims to improve ergonomics.
A unique feature is the tool-free interchangeable restrictor gates. These are movement restrictors for the digital stick, which can be quickly switched between: square, round, or octagonal. The back cover is magnetic, so changing it takes just a few seconds. A sling bag is also included, which can be worn over the shoulder or on the back.
In Southeast Asia, FlexStrike will be released on August 6, 2026, for SGD 279 / MYR 999 / IDR 4,199,000 / THB 7,790 / PHP 13,178 / VND 6,499,000. Pre-orders will start on June 12, 2026.
Pulse Elevate: the first wireless stereo speakers from PlayStation
Pulse Elevate is the first pair of wireless stereo speakers from PlayStation. Inside, they feature planar magnetic drivers, and there is support for PlayStation Link with low latency and lossless sound.
The speakers are designed for use both near a monitor and separately in a room away from the dock. They have a built-in battery that lasts for 12 hours, and each speaker can be tilted to the desired angle. The device also supports simultaneous connections via PlayStation Link and Bluetooth, so you can, for example, play while also taking a call from your smartphone.
Another claimed feature is the built-in microphone with AI noise suppression. In a demonstration during a conversation, when loud music was playing in the background, the system was able to filter out excess sounds and leave a clear voice. Pulse Elevate wireless speakers will be released later this year.
