White mushrooms in sour cream— is a classic Ukrainian dish that is always associated with autumn mushroom picking, or "quiet hunting," and home coziness. Thanks to their delicate texture, rich flavor, and aroma, white mushrooms pair wonderfully with sour cream. That's why we decided to prepare them using stewing and adding homemade sour cream.
