Currently, I have a PS4 Pro and two DS4 controllers. I really dislike the time when I have to charge the controllers. Plus, the mini-USB cables have decreased in my house with the advent of Type-C. So, I decided to find a budget dock station for the DS4. In the Ukrainian market, resellers set the price at x4 or even more. So, I ordered the iplay dock station (some Chinese no-name) from Ali for $5.83 with free delivery to a parcel locker. Based on the number of reviews and orders in the store, the station should work fine.
When selecting a dock station, I specifically looked for one that charges through the EXT port. The "EXT" port is used for connecting various devices and accessories. This port is located at the bottom of the controller, next to the headphone jack and the charging port.

After a couple of weeks, I received a box with funny inscriptions 'For P4'. But the main thing is that it works. And it does.

The dock station operates from a mini-USB cable. But it’s not crucial to have Type-C because the dock station is meant to stand still and this cable won’t be pulled out.
I don't like this iplay logo. So most likely I will try to disconnect it (I disassembled the dock station) or somehow cover it.

Overall, for a couple of dollars, this is a decent and convenient option for organizing cables. Placing the controller using the EXT port is quite convenient.
