The refrigerator is less than a year old. We are looking for a reason and if something breaks, we call the master. We start the search for reasons with the instructions for the refrigerator. In the instructions, read the "Troubleshooting" section. In my case, the instructions for the WHIRLPOOL W7X 82I OX refrigerator had some common things that this model does not have. Type - "Clean the drainage hole behind the compartment with vegetables". And there is no drainage hole in this model. But the instructions help to understand that cold air goes to the upper chamber from the lower one. Theoretically, the holes can be blocked with food or clogged with ice. Visually inspecting these holes - I saw snow /ice. The grille is bolted to 5 bolts, so I unscrewed them to see if the cold air supply holes in the other chamber were really plugged. And yes - they were killed. Do not try to get this ice with a knife or something - there is a possibility of damaging all kinds of tubes hidden under this snow.

So just defrost the refrigerator. You can just wash ^_^ But what is the reason for this problem that NoFrost has frozen? I'm not a master, but judging by the information from the network - high indoor temperature and insufficient ventilation around the refrigerator can cause freezing in the NoFrost system. Of course, the problem can be with various sensors that are responsible for the correct operation of the system, or clogged drainage. After thawing and washing the refrigerator, I removed the dust behind the refrigerator and placed it so that air circulated around it (before that, on one side, cardboard pieces were stuffed for storage, but this prevented air circulation). Do not neglect the rules of using the refrigerator - leave technical space for air. By the way, the refrigerator does not have a tray for draining water (collecting water) - the drainage hose drains the water into an open container near the compressor, from which the water evaporates into the air. Interesting solution. We turn the refrigerator online. We wait 4-6 hours before loading it with products. That's all for now. If the refrigerator freezes the holes again in a short time, we will call the master and look for the reason. But at the moment everything seems to be working and the reason was the high temperature and lack of air circulation around the refrigerator.

Even if the reason is something else, defrosting will not interfere, but will only make the work of the craftsman easier. Well, washing the refrigerator and throwing away old products will not hurt either:D
