[Personal experience] How to hang a swing on a metal pull-up bar?

There is a metal pull-up bar outside, so a swing is an obvious solution for its use. The swing did not require additional fasteners (just two metal rings that need to be thrown over a carabiner). After searching a bit online, I found special hangers for attaching the swing to a pull-up bar with a diameter of 25mm. My pull-up bar has a slightly larger diameter - 28mm. It was decided to try the hanger with a diameter of 25mm (the larger one was 50mm or something like that).

The installation is quite simple - we tighten the clamping element onto the pipe, secure it with a bolt, and hang the swing on the carabiner. I had to tap with a hammer a bit to get the fastener to sit on the pipe. Note. To ensure the hanger works correctly, it must be securely fixed, specifically - the nut must be tightened well. There is also a hole for a self-tapping screw on the fastener. I don't have the tool on hand to drill a hole in the solid beam, so I just tightened the fastener well.

During installation, it is quite convenient to use a lever pipe wrench (to bring the ends of the hanger together and tighten the nut).
