Pancakes (or nalysnyky) are a simple and delicious dish that actually requires minimal effort to prepare if you know some secrets. They can be sweet, neutral, and can be filled with savory (meat, mushroom, fish) or sweet (fresh fruits, jams, chocolate, cream) fillings. Therefore, we decided to make sweet pancakes for breakfast and share the recipe with you.

We will need:
350 ml of milk (the richer it is, the tastier the pancakes will be; we used homemade)
2 medium chicken eggs
150 g of flour
40 g of sugar
1/6 teaspoon of salt (a small pinch)
2 tablespoons of oil (we used a blend of 5 oils Costa d'Oro Vitapiu)

Preparation
We took the eggs and milk out of the refrigerator and immediately started cooking. As practice has shown, there is no need to wait for them to reach room temperature.
In a bowl, we break the eggs, add sugar, salt, and oil.

Thoroughly mix with a blender using a whisk attachment, or simply with a whisk. Mix until the sugar dissolves, the mixture becomes homogeneous, and bubbles appear on its surface.

Pour the milk into the mixture and stir until homogeneous.

Gradually add the previously sifted flour and continue to mix. Sifting is necessary to prevent lumps and to achieve a maximum homogeneous batter.
After we have mixed the batter, we let it rest for 10 minutes. This time is necessary for the gluten to relax and to ensure that even the first pancake cooks well, bypassing the saying about the first pancake being a failure.
For frying, we will use a 22 cm diameter non-stick frying pan. We will grease it with literally a drop of oil, which we will spread over its entire surface using a silicone brush.
We heat the pan and will fry on low heat. We take about β of a ladle of batter and pour it into the pan, quickly spreading it over the entire surface.

Fry until the edges of the pancake turn golden. Carefully flip it over with a spatula to the other side to avoid damaging the pancake.

According to our calculations, it takes about one and a half minutes to fry one pancake. And from the prepared batter, using the specified amount of ingredients, we got 8 pancakes.
We fold the pancakes into a triangle, drizzle with strawberry jam, and enjoy ;)
