In search of something sweet for tea, we again decided not to run to the store for a ready-made solution, but to prepare something from what we found in the fridge and pantry. Since we found a small piece of chocolate, kefir, whole grain flour, eggs, and sugar, we decided to bake cookies.
Time required: up to 2 hours
Difficulty: 1 out of 5
Number of servings: 6-8
Cost of ingredients: low
We will need:
100 g whole grain flour
300 g regular wheat flour
2 eggs
250 ml kefir
150 g sugar
10 g baking powder
50 g chocolate
a pinch of salt
powdered sugar (for decoration)
продуктовий набір
Optional:chocolate can be replaced with coconut flakes, lemon or orange zest. We also added 5 drops of almond flavoring.
ми використали такий ароматизатор. На флаконі написано, що цей об'єм призначений для 2 кг тіста
Note: from this amount of ingredients, you get 2 trays of cookies. For two people for an evening tea, this is a bit too much. Therefore, if you are cooking only for two, you can safely reduce the amount of ingredients by half.
Preparation
This is probably the easiest of the desserts we have already prepared. The only process that requires minimal effort is grating the chocolate.
шоколадна стружка
все в чашу
We place all the ingredients in the bowl of the food processor, install the dough hook, and turn on the processor at low speed. We mix until the dough becomes homogeneous.
гак для тіста
додаємо шоколадну стружку та кілька крапель ароматизатора
комбайн робить всю роботу
Since the dough is a bit runny, it should be placed on a baking sheet lined with silicone parchment using a tablespoon. We place it in small circles at a slight distance from each other.
печиво рандомної форми
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, set to convection mode (with both upper and lower heating elements on), and bake for 20 minutes.
For our amount of dough, we had to repeat the baking stage twice.
Remove the cookies from the oven, place them on a plate, let them cool slightly, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Brew tea and enjoy.
смачного!
