One evening we wanted to experiment with Mediterranean flavors, so we bought green olives stuffed with oranges, a lemon, and decided to prepare chicken thigh fillets, where these new flavors would be added by these products. We also used caramelized onions here, which added sweetness to the flavor palette.

We will need:

  • 1 kg chicken thigh fillet
  • 2 medium-sized onions
